Chris

I started this blog with my cousin because I wanted to track our progress as we studied Theology and the Bible. Currently I am tutoring him in Greek and Hebrew – in order to prepare him for a year of Bible School. Personally, I am working part time to complete my Honours Bachelor of Art from the University of Toronto. I will complete that either with a Specialist in Christianity and Culture and a Minor in History… or with a Major in Christianity and Culture and Minors in History and Political Science (when I finish/what my minor or majors will be depends on what I end up doing this summer).

In addition to that, I am working on my Master of Divinity from Toronto Baptist Seminary. I am currently a part-time/occasional student, but will be starting full-time studies in the Fall of 2010. As part of my studies there, I am also the Worship Ministries Intern at my church, Morningstar Christian Fellowship.

Now to what really matters about me…

I play the piano. And the Ukulele. I love Big Daddy Weave… I first saw them when I went to an RSJ concert, and they opened. Now I have all their CDs. I lived in Cabin C and D at Capernwray Harbour Bible Centre. I subscribe to Wired and Popular Mechanics, so I guess I’m kind of a nerd that way. While we’re on the nerd subject.. I can solve a rubiks cube in about a minute. My most recent obsession is Spicy Salmon Rolls… I used to hate sushi, but now I can’t get enough of it. I learned how to swing dance at Capernwray. I like to play volleyball. I can whistle backwards (while breathing in). My favourite TV show is Corner Gas. But anyway… the most important thing about me is that I love Jesus… And He loves me.
